1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations between the sole proprietorship Loïc Amany Savrimoutou and its customers in the context of the online sale of Shilajit Premium – 50g jar.

  • Analysis: Certified by independent laboratories (Eurofins)

  • Duration of use: approximately 2 months of treatment

The product is offered while stocks last.

4. Price

Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but billing is always done at the price in effect at the time of the order.

5. Order

Placing an order implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
A summary confirmation email is sent to the customer after the order has been validated.

6. Payment terms

The customer can pay for their order by:

  • 💳 Bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard)

  • 💻 PayPal

  • 🚚 Payment on delivery: cash or credit card (mobile terminal available)

Payment is due immediately upon ordering (except in the case of payment upon delivery).

7. Delivery

  • 🚚 Free delivery throughout the island of Reunion.

  • Average delivery time: 2 to 5 business days.

  • In case of delay, the seller cannot be held liable if the delay is due to a third party (carrier) or to a case of force majeure.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, this right does not apply to products opened or unsealed after delivery.

9. Guarantees and liability

  • The product complies with current legislation and applicable standards in Europe.

  • The seller cannot be held responsible for misuse of the Shilajit by the customer.

  • The information provided on this site is for informational purposes only and does not replace medical advice.

10. Personal data

The data collected (name, surname, address, telephone, email, order information) are necessary for the processing and tracking of orders.

  • Data controller: Loïc Amany Savrimoutou

  • Purpose: order management, customer relations, delivery tracking.

  • Storage: legal duration of 10 years for invoices.

In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data by writing to: runshilajit@gmail.com.

11. Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable agreement, jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Saint-Denis de La Réunion.
